A Bit Of Myself - Desmond Tan
I bring to you a wealth of more than 10 years of real estate experience personally. Each customer is precious to me and many of them have become friends. As a professional consultant, I am always eager to learn in keeping up with the standard of top consultants and with technology for a more efficient data collection and sales and marketing activities.
Armed with a Bachelor of Science in Statistics, I am very comfortable with numbers and trends. In this time and age, we need to rely on facts and figures to make a more informed decision.
Before my career in real estate, I held many marketing positions in various companies. Some highlights are:

A Little Bit More Personal Background
I am in my young 50s. I hail from a large family when the family planning was with more children the better and as of today, I can form a football team with extra players from my loving nieces, grand-nieces, nephews and grand-nephews. I understood how living with many people in a flat can be so cramped (but I do not remember complaining) and got a HDB flat with my mother once I was able to put down the necessary deposit in my 20s.
When I was in my teens, I had to help out in my father’s coffee shop as a server, cashier and cleaner after school. Every cent is hard-earn money and I know how difficult it can be to have a good financial plan to increase the value of my money.
